Real Estate has been my focus for 15 years, especially beautiful real estate. I love the Priest River area where the Priest River flows into the Pend Oreille River right here in our town of 1800 residents. Living here is like being on vacation year round. Having grown up in the Yakima Valley, Washington where it’s not quite as green, I really appreciate the four seasons and the trees, rivers & lakes that we have in our area. My honesty and work ethics along with a high energy level in working with buyers and sellers with their real estate needs are what have made me a success today. My clients remain my friends long after the deal is done. I have received many designations (those letters behind my name which are extra schooling to increase my knowledge) including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realty Institute), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) and E-Pro (to help with computer knowledge). Less than 10 percent of Realtors go forward to get the education. In 2007 I also became licensed in Washington, so for those of you living in or wanting to be in Pend Oreille County, Washington, I am now licensed to serve you. I have already listed and sold properties in Washington which is a good addition to my business with Washington being only 6 miles away from our office in Priest River, Idaho. When I can squeeze in some time off, I love to golf at our local golf course, the Ranch Club. You will find them small town friendly and affordable and you will find a great steak dinner there on Friday or Saturday night. You may also find me riding my Harley enjoying the scenery. Even a quick ride to Sandpoint has gorgeous views of the Pend Oreille River. Put a little sun on my back and it just doesn’t get much better.
